A skilled consultant and technical strategist, Kevin De Pree is the CRM Practice Lead at Rand Group, with over 24 years’ experience leading global ERP and CRM projects and teams. Kevin has a unique background in both business management and IT systems consulting and sales, which allows him to provide a holistic understanding of how different systems and processes work together. He is able to paint the big picture for clients, enabling them to completely transform their operations with fully optimized technology solutions that meet their business needs.
Kevin has built a deep understanding and diverse knowledge base in a wide range of technologies. He has led Microsoft Dynamics CRM architecture and deployment teams for over 13 years but also has a strong background working with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics GP, NetSuite, and SAP Business ByDesign), Corporate Performance Management systems (Prophix and Bi360), Business Intelligence, and Microsoft SharePoint.
Over the course of his career, Kevin has held various Senior Management roles in IT, Professional Services, and Business Development. His strong technical expertise coupled with his powerful communication skills has helped Kevin shape and grow successful professional consulting teams throughout his career. In 1997, he become one of the four owners of FMT Consultants, an information technology and integrated business solutions provider in California, where he built the firms professional services practice. Kevin also founded Black Rail Technologies, a technology firm focused on developing integrated solutions on Microsoft’s CRM platform. Black Rail was acquired by FMT Consultants in 2011, and Kevin continued to grow the company’s business development and field operations practice and launch their Los Angeles operations. In this role, his hands-on leadership approach directly boosted overall team performance by 25% year over year.
Kevin has worked with numerous public companies as well as helping others through the IPO process. He has experience working with clients in various industries including Life Sciences, Professional Services, Healthcare, Discrete Manufacturing, Distribution, and Entertainment. Some of his key accounts and high-profile system projects include clients such as Qualcomm, Hitachi, and Comcast.
Kevin a business degree from California State University and has been an active member on Microsoft Dynamics Product Advisory Board for several years. He is currently one of four members on the Prophix Advisory Board.
