Leadership growth at Rand Group—Congratulations to Heather Harris and welcome Scott Mangelson

We are pleased to announce two significant organizational developments that reflect this commitment: the promotion of Heather Harris to Executive Vice President of Sales, and the addition of Scott Mangelson as Executive Vice President of Professional Services.

Heather Harris has been promoted to Executive Vice President of Sales. Heather has been with Rand Group since 2003. Over the last 22 years, Heather has been a critical asset to our team, successfully leading both Sales and Service Delivery. In her new expanded role, Heather will focus her leadership on our sales initiatives for all Microsoft, NetSuite, and Sage services and subscriptions. Her leadership will encompass sales strategy, process development, sales deliverables, and full pipeline accountability.

A driving force behind Rand Group’s growth, Heather has consistently delivered outstanding results across sales, service, and team development. Her promotion marks a pivotal step in our continued evolution, and under her leadership, we are confident that Rand Group will achieve new levels of performance and opportunity. Her passion for client success and her deep understanding of the business landscape uniquely position her to guide our sales organization through its next phase of growth. We are excited to see the continued impact of her leadership across the company.

We are equally excited to share that Scott Mangelson has joined Rand Group as Executive Vice President of Professional Services. In this role, Scott will lead our practice delivery teams, bringing in his extensive experience in ERP, CRM, and cloud solutions to help customers optimize their business practices and ensure a return on their preferred application investment.

Scott is a seasoned business leader with decades of experience in the business applications space. Throughout his career, he has built and led high-performance teams across delivery, alliances, sales, and marketing. He excels in driving growth, operational excellence, and client success. He has a long history of working within the Microsoft, Oracle NetSuite, and broader cloud ecosystems, where he has developed and executed strategies that enhance service offerings, expand partnerships, and create long-term value for clients. His ability to align technology solutions with business needs makes him a key addition to our leadership team as we continue to grow and boost our impact in the business application space.

Scott’s background includes leadership roles at prominent firms such as Oracle, RSM, Armanino, and Microsoft, where he focused on aligning technological solutions with his clients’ business needs. His industry experience spans manufacturing, high tech and electronics, distribution, and consumer packaged goods. Scott holds a B.S. in Microbiology from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
