b. Select the fields to override and keep desired values
4. Click Merge to consolidate the records
5. Resolve any conflicts flagged by the system to complete the merge
After the merge, the duplicate record will be renamed, and all related fields will reference the primary record, ensuring a unified and accurate dataset.
