Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement’s bulk upload process with the Import Data feature allows users to update their CRM data faster while ensuring accuracy. 1. First, prepare your data in Excel or a CSV file.
   • You can import multiple files by adding them to a .zip file.
   • Ensure that the file is not larger than the maximum 8 MBs, or 32 MBs for a .zip file.
   • Make sure your column names match the fields in Dynamics 365. If you’re unsure, you can download a sample template from Settings > Data Management > Templates for Data Import.

2. Open Advanced Settings in Dynamics 365. Go to Data Management, then click Imports and choose Import Data.

3. Upload your file and follow the steps to map columns to the right CRM fields. Adjust mappings if needed.
4. Determine if you are willing to allow duplicates records to be created by the import process. Normally, as a best practice, the “Allow Duplicates” field should be set to No.
5. Review everything and submit the import. Dynamics 365 will process the data and check for errors.
6. Once the import is done, check the Import Jobs section to see the results. If there are any issues, adjust and re-upload.
