Dynamics 365 F&O Tip of the Month: Sharing a saved view

How to share a saved custom view
- Navigate to your saved personalized forms.
- In the Options tab in the Action pane, select Personalize this page.
- In the personalization bar, select the ellipses and select Export.
- This will download an XML file that is labeled after the form the personalizations are on and the saved view.
- Save the file in a location for storage.
- Share the file with the user you would like to have access to the personalization.
- Once the other user has received the file, they should then navigate to the same form it was exported from.
- Once again, select the Personalize this page button in the Options tab in the Action pane.
- Then in the personalization bar, select the ellipses and select Import.
- This will display the pop up below, where it will direct you to select the file for import. Select Browse and upload the file that was downloaded in previous steps. Once uploaded, select Import.
- Once the above steps are complete, the second user should now have access to the personalizations.
