Rand Group first to unveil Microsoft’s NAV 2016 in Texas
(HOUSTON, TX) Rand Group, a business technology services firm, is conducting the first public demonstration in Texas of Microsoft Dynamic’s NAV 2016 with sessions underway in Dallas and Houston this month.
Just weeks since its public release in Mannheim, Germany, the NAV 2016 demonstration will be part of Perspectives 2016: Your Future with Microsoft Dynamics, a full-day business technology session in Houston on Wednesday, Oct. 21 at the newly renovated Alley Theatre from 9 am to 3 pm. The Dallas event takes place Tuesday, Oct. 20 at the Microsoft Technology Center in Irving from 9 am to 3 pm.
“This new release of NAV truly reflects today’s business climate where people need instant and often remote access to every aspect of their business process,” said Ron Rand, President and CEO of Rand Group. “We feel very privileged to be including this as part of Perspectives 2016.”
Microsoft is pleased that this first demonstration by the Texas-based company is happening so soon.
“Rand Group is one of our elite Inner Circle Partners, and as such their timing couldn’t be better with Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2016 having just launched,” said Paul White, General Manager, Microsoft Business Solutions. “Perspectives provides a great opportunity for people to find out more.”
Sponsored by Microsoft, Solver BI360, Avalara, Scribe and Jet Reports, Perspectives 2016 offers a full line-up of experts on current methodologies. A 20-year industry veteran, Ron Rand kicks off the day with his session: “The Paradigm Shift Driving IT Investment and Decision Making: 2016 and Beyond”.
The full day session provides insights into business analytics and reporting, Cloud viability in today’s business climate, plus segments on additional Microsoft Dynamics products including AX and GP.
“We wanted to create an event that would help those who want more from business technology at a time when so many IT budgets are shrinking,” Rand said. “Not everyone can get to large Microsoft events like Convergences, so we designed Perspectives to address key concerns businesses have here in Texas.”
