Over the last several years, the cloud has become nearly ubiquitous in both business and personal use. Due to the ability to leverage near infinite resources at a fraction of the cost of purchasing on-premise hardware, as well as the benefits of redundancy and scalability, the cloud has gained quick appeal for savvy consumers.
However, for some organizations and individuals, a persistent fear of the cloud remains. While fear of the unknown is not a new development, and being cautious is a virtue, not a vice, it’s important that business leaders make an effort to understand the nature of their concerns and how today’s cloud vendors are rising to address them.
