Summer program graduation

Summer program graduation

At Rand Group, we believe in producing high-quality work through employee investment. This summer, we celebrated our recent class of new hires who completed our extensive 10-week training program. During the program, the class learned the key skills for technology consulting work including business analysis, technology application training, and consulting skills. Additionally, new hires were placed in groups to perform mock implementations using Rand Group’s methodology. Upon completion, the training class walked away with a full understanding of how a consulting project works from beginning to end.

This is what our recruits had to say about the program:

“I’ve never worked somewhere that offered an extensive training program. This made Rand Group stand out to me in comparison to other companies because I was not thrown into the job with no preparation. They gave me 10 weeks to really understand how to do my job and how the company worked.” – Zaeem Khan, Field Service

“Learning the process beforehand was really beneficial, and I like that I was prepared for real client work throughout the training. The training program was a great way to also learn about the company and its core values, rather than just the work.” – Carlie Shoemaker, NetSuite Functional

“Because the training was so detailed and inclusive, I was able to experience the overall functionality of how the company worked as a whole. It was really beneficial to see the type of work that others do too, as we all have different roles after training.” – Brian Case, NetSuite Development

“Being guided by someone with real-world experience was great and helped a lot throughout the training process. I felt well prepared for worst-case scenarios, given that the course and training materials set me up for success.” – Nicolas Gamez, NetSuite Development

“During the training program, I quickly recognized that I would actually be using the skills I learned in college. The process allowed me to enhance those skills and see how they fit into the framework of the company.” – Briana Frank, Rand Digital
