Follow these steps to activate document date verification in Dynamics GP:

1. Select Launch PSTL from the GP Navigation pane.
2. In the Misc. Tools section, click on both the radio button and the check box next to Doc Date Verify. Click on the X in the upper right corner when finished. This must be enabled on each workstation.

3. Once this is enabled, any time a future date is entered into a transaction, you’ll receive an error notification.
