Luckily, NetSuite allows you to create Shortcuts for quick and easy access to your most-used reports, searches, or pages.
Tip: Create a shortcut in NetSuite
By setting up Shortcuts, you can save time and streamline your navigation, ensuring your go-to features are always just a click away.
Steps to create a shortcut in NetSuite:
1. Navigate to the report, search, or page you want to save as a Shortcut
2. Hover over the star-shaped icon in the upper left-hand corner of NetSuite
3. Click Add to Shortcuts
4. Enter a name for your Shortcut
5. Click Save
6. Refresh your screen or go to your Home Dashboard
Why use this feature?
Once saved, your Shortcut will be available under the star-shaped icon, accessible from anywhere in NetSuite. This feature saves time, simplifies navigation, and boosts productivity by letting you instantly access the reports, searches, or pages you use most often.
