Founded
WebSan Solutions Inc. is established in Ontario, Canada. In its early years, the firm primarily focuses on supply chain and ERP consulting for mid-market businesses, laying the groundwork for what will become a comprehensive Microsoft Dynamics practice.
Microsoft partner status
WebSan becomes a certified Microsoft Dynamics Partner and begins implementing Microsoft Dynamics GP solutions. This marks WebSan’s transition from purely consulting into providing Microsoft-based business systems, a step that expands its service offerings significantly.
Expansion into CRM
WebSan launches a Dynamics CRM practice to offer Customer Relationship Management solutions alongside ERP. The company begins providing Dynamics CRM (now Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement) both on-premise and via WebSan’s private cloud.
