Steps:

1. Navigate to a supported field, such as a long text field like Sales Description.

2. Click into the field and look for the Text Enhance icon that appears in the toolbar to display a list of predefined Text Enhance suggestions.

3. Select a predefined suggestion, like ‘Make Longer’.
4. Press OK on the popup and decide if you would like to disable this message in the future.

5. Text Enhance creates a new Sales Description and you can select to ‘Clean Up’ or ‘Translate to’ if desired.
