  • Seamless Sales Document Integration: Select the appropriate Bill-To address directly on Sales Orders, Invoices, and Credit Memos. The selected Bill-To automatically populates billing fields and flows through to posted documents and customer ledger entries.
  • Centralized Accounts Receivable: Maintain one unified customer balance, even when invoices are routed to different billing entities. Cash application and collections remain clean and streamlined.
  • Flexible AR Reporting: Optionally run aging and receivables reports by Bill-To location to gain deeper insight into outstanding balances and payment responsibility.
  • Native, Non-Disruptive Extension: Bill-To Manager extends the standard Business Central customer experience without interfering with existing Remit-To functionality or requiring customizations.
