Transform your data strategy with a personalized pilot
This personalized pilot of Microsoft Power BI begins with discovery of your current data and reporting challenges, focusing on understanding your unique business goals. Next, we will create a test environment in Power BI using your organization’s own data. We will then run a live pilot simulation to demonstrate to key stakeholders how Power BI can help build better business intelligence, create meaningful dashboards, and improve reporting across all levels of your organization.
This pilot utilizes Microsoft Catalyst methodology, which is a proven, innovative approach to envisioning and planning business transformation based on design led thinking concepts to enable the digital transformation of your organization.
Week 1
Discovery of current data challenges and understanding of unique business requirements and success criteria. Develop goals for business intelligence and data strategy.
Week 2
Identification of datasets that can deliver actionable intelligence relevant to set goals. Creation of a Power BI trial environment for users to build visualizations, plus training from Rand Group on how to use the platform.
Week 3
Creation of dashboards and reports or migration of limited number of
dashboards and reports from an existing solution to Power BI. Live pilot simulation to key stakeholders to visually demonstrate how Power BI can help improve current data strategy.
