Customizing your business solutions with a 3-week pilot
This personalized pilot of Microsoft Power Apps begins with discovery of business scenarios that can be transformed using Power Apps. Next, we will create a test environment in Power Apps using your organization’s own data and walk your team members through building a solution. We will then run a live pilot simulation to demonstrate to key stakeholders how Power Apps can help your team build its own low-code apps that increase agility across your organization, modernize processes, and solve tough challenges.
This pilot utilizes Microsoft Catalyst methodology, which is a proven, innovative approach to envisioning and planning business transformation based on design led thinking concepts to enable the digital transformation of your organization.
Week 1
Discovery of current process and application challenges, and understanding of unique business requirements and success criteria. Develop goals for application functionalities and user experience.
Week 2
Identification of business scenarios and processes that can be made more efficient with Power Apps. Creation of a Power Apps trial environment for users to build solutions, plus training from Rand Group on how to use the platform.
Week 3
Creation of solution to identified business scenario in Power Apps using premium features such as Dataverse or Portals. Live pilot simulation to key stakeholders to visually demonstrate how Power Apps can help improve current processes through easy-to-build custom applications.
