The connection between the two companies runs deep. WebSan Solutions, now part of Rand Group, was one of the first partners to adopt Business Central Insights many years ago. When WebSan joined Rand Group, that reporting expertise became part of a larger multi-platform team. Formalizing the partnership was a natural next step.

What Business Central Insights brings to reporting
Business Central Insights is a suite of prebuilt Power BI reporting apps created specifically for Dynamics 365 Business Central. It gives finance, sales, operations, and other teams a ready-to-use reporting foundation without requiring every dashboard and data model to be developed from scratch.
The suite includes over 400 prebuilt reports and dashboards across Business Central functional areas such as finance, sales, purchasing, inventory, accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash flow, CRM, jobs, service, manufacturing, and warehouse operations.

Business Central Insights is not limited to its standard dashboards. Users can create additional Power BI reports using the Business Central Insights semantic models in Power BI Desktop or Power BI Service when their reporting requirements call for something more specific.
Teams that prefer Excel can also use the underlying semantic model for additional analysis with familiar Excel reporting tools. This allows organizations to use the prebuilt reports as a starting point while extending their reporting as new business questions and requirements emerge.
