Rental resource and asset management
Rentals Management for Business Central enables you to manage your assets and select which assets can be rented or leased to customers. From the Fixed Asset Card, not only can you see cost and depreciation information, but you can also see the rental status of the asset, plus a complete rental history of when the asset was rented.
Create and Bill Rental Tickets directly in Business Central
Create Rental Tickets in Business Central that specify the assets or resources being rented, and important dates such as Rental Start Date, Rental Stop Date, Rental Return Date, and Last Invoiced Date. When it is time to bill the customer, transfer rental lines to a Sales Invoice and let the system calculate the amount to invoice based on the dates rented, any days taken off of rent or put on standby, the rate per day, and any minimum rental days or minimum rental amount.
