What modules are included in Business Central?
Business Central is available in two editions, Essentials and Premium, and the edition you choose determines which modules are included. Both editions have core ERP capabilities like finance, sales, purchasing, inventory, and project management. Premium adds advanced modules for manufacturing and service order management, making it better suited for companies with more complex operational needs. BC is licensed on a subscription basis; Essentials is priced at $70 per user per month, and Premium at $100 per user per month, at the time of writing.
It’s important to note that Microsoft has announced a price adjustment for Dynamics 365 Business Central, effective October 1, 2025.
